lately i am so busy i dont find the time for stuff, my fridge is empty since i dont have the time to go to the supermarket, my house is a mess since i dont have the time to clean it and my bankroll is just where it was 3 months ago since i dont even have the time to play online poker every once in a while (and dont even get me started about poker tournaments which i hardly ever join anymore)
To top on this, there is a poker game next Friday with some friends of mine at Jan house (which is actually building a new site right now so check it out ) and i will probably wont even be able to join since i have some family stuff that weekend….again, missing poker night (not to mention the money since i will of course kick their asses)
Any advice for one very busy poker girl? let me know

yes, it happens to all of us, and also me, the poker girl is older now , last week i celebrated my 27th birthday, it was a traditional poker night with some good friends (and a bunch of other people i am always happy to take some money from) and we had a nice dinner followed by poker tournament, of course, as traditional, poker girl got an extra chip stack as her birthday gift and though it was a small extra pile, i made it after few rounds of crazy poker to a nice bunch.
Eventually, after some all ins and some unreal flops (ye, u know what im talking about Jan…) i finished 2nd, taking home a sweet sweet prize of 230euros, which is a really nice birthday gift in the eyes of poker girl – this means to me some new clothes and boots…so, i no longer have my poker money with me, but i needed that desperately.
Soon, my school will be over again and during summertime i hope to play some more poker (and some online poker, since it is always more fun to take strangers money)
YES, the Ppoker girl has done it again, what is “it”, you are probably wondering,
well, “it” means hosting a weekend poker tournament with 20+ friends, “it” means taking 50Euros per person and with that creating a nice (very nice) prize pool, “it” means winning that entire prize pool almost by myself (ye ye , 2nd and 3rd got a small peice of it as well) but Poker Girl got her dirty hands on some nice cash this weekend – how cool is that?
winning hand was a simple, but right on time, pocket queens, followed by a 3rd one the flop – it was like music to my ears…finally back on the winning track

Im telling you, im going to loose it soon, im studying like crazy lateley that not only i havnt been to any real poker tournament or a small round of blackjack with friends, i also didnt find anytime lateley to play online poker and other stuff, even bingo – what the hell????
my budget is the same as last month, didnt win and poekr hand didnt loose one either – just same crappy bankroll as before

Finally i have some time to tell you about the poker tournament i had in my house a while ago, so basically i didnt win it but i got some money out of it after all by eliminating the bounty in my table, which was the girl sitting next to me. I had a really bad hand, but since she went in extra aggressive i decided she also has a bad hand. i went in, the flop, turn nothing happened and river was crappy for me as well, but still we were deep in that pot and i figured her poker hand is bad as well (i had Q and 7) anyway, once it was over, i was sure i am out since we went all in eventually like 2 stupid gals, but then she flashed a 10 and 5 – LOL
I couldnt believe i won that hand and at the same time eliminated her , after only one hand
so, that day poker winnings were about 65USD – nothing to write home about but at least i didnt loose my money like the rest of them.
My car is dead, I hate it – not enough the fact that i need to pay tuition, not only that but recently i am loosing at all poker tournaments we have and all online poker games i play, now i will also need to get a new car – it sucks.
Anyway, i think it is time for a small nice loan from the bank, i will take something that will not only give me an ok used car but i plan to also play some more online poker with it since i didn’t do well lately – now it is about time my poker luck will change (in addition i have been reading some cool poker tips lately and all kind of info about online poker tricks – i am ready to test them for real now).
Decided to host another poker tournament at my house, we hadn’t have those for a while, just a simple evening of some texas holdem poker fun and some money winning (hopefully the poker girl will be the poker queen that night) – buy in will be 50USD this time (im just too poor)

i wanted to write about this in a long time now but i just didn’t had the time, Leo, a Spanish poker player from Barcelona, Spain, was the last woman standing at the last WSOP (World Series of Poker) and she made it to the 27th place or so. This made me wonder, maybe i can be really good at poker soon (i practice all the time playing online poker but i guess this is different than live poker ha?) and go to the WSOP and win it? i can sure use the money…..
Anyway, something to dream about…
Leo (and probably more poker players, from Spain or from other countries) was actually sponsored by pacific poker (which is part of the 888 group) so i guess it is much better to have someone paying your buy in for the tournament ha? you just go there, play poker and having fun – much less pressure this way. Anyway, all major poker room – i have an announcement to make – if you want to have the amazing poker girl wearing your hat and t shirt in the next big poker event let me know i will gladly do it

I still owe you the updates from the Blackjack tournament which was taking place on July 19.
So, everyone arrived to my house, eventually there were 12 crazy blackjack lovers here, which means the prizes went up a bit since we initially expected 10 players around the blackjack table, so this was a nice surprise.
We started playing at 2 tables of 6, where the top 3 from each table were in the final table, so I was lucky enough to get there, playing some brilliant blackjack moves (luckily for me dealer busted a lot so even crappy hands as 13-16 brought home some nice revenues).
At the final table I had some really bad hands and I was out of it pretty fast (finished the tournament at #5 which is nice but didn’t gave me any winnings since only top 3 got to share the prize pool)
Now I have this cool table, which can be blackjack or poker table, all i need is to get a roulette wheel and I cant start my own home edition casino (I even have this crappy old mini slot machine I once bought)
Better luck next tournament (which is going to be a poker texas holdem one)
I am not sure you guys remember but a while ago we had some nice blackjack tournaments at my house, remember? anyway, I have decided to bring back this tradition and I am organizing the next blackjack tournament at my house next week, all blackjack lovers are welcome (oh ye, if you are located close enough to Prague….)
So, I was going online to play some online blackjack and check for some other ideas to take from the online blackjack world to my kitchen table next week (which will become a blackjack table for 3-4 hours) and as for now, it seems like playing online blackjack is still just blackjack, although I do enjoy the UBT rounds – love the rhythm and the simplicity of everything there.
Date of the next blackjack tournament: July 19
Buy in: 75Euros (oh ye, we taking it up a notch)
# of blackjack crazy players: 10 or more (we have 10 by now – hopefully some more will join us since blackjack is known as a much friendlier, easier game than poker – we will see)
needless to say – I am looking forward to win some of this blackjack money

I owe you still the details of last weekend Grand Poker Tournament which I had with some poker loving friends of mine right? so here goes. The tournament was actually really nice, we were 19 people eventually which was nice since we had a buy in of 50USD which made a nice prize pool of almost 1000USD. So the tournament started at 3 tables, 6 players on each (7 at the 3rd poker table) and 2 winners of each table arrived to the final table.
After a few nice hands and one big bluff, poker girl was one of the final table players, I knew I only had few guys to beat in order to win something (i am in desperate need of money) so we played few poker hands, 2 of us were greedy as always taking stupid risks and after 4 hands we were down to 4 players (I still love you Matti and Jan but come on…..).
The next hand was really good (for me anyway) since I had a cool 4 of a kind (it was 4 9′s but still, not a bad hand to have at the final poker table), I managed to pull Ellis all in and she was out, only 3 of us were left – which means – poker girl is bringing home some money no matter what.
Last hand for me was not the best but I had the feeling no one is having a great hand in that round (Flop was ugly as well) so i bet some money , and then Alex raised as well, it got me worried but I was pretty sure he was bluffing, this guys bluff a lot, this is basically his poker game, so I went along with it and eventually lost most of my money, next hand was the last for me, stupid pair of jacks and I was out.
Total poker earnings: 200USD
